| CANCELLATION of ORDER Under EU law you can either refuse delivery of the goods or cancel the order within 7 working days of delivery if you have changed your mind about your purchase for any reason. If defective, damaged or any incorrect goods are delivered we will replace or refund as you request and at our expense (see below). You can cancel at any time until the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. To cancel your order and before any goods are returned for any other reason you must tell us in writing by letter, fax or e-mail (details below) Refunds will be made in the same form of payment that you used to purchase the goods wherever possible. They do not affect your statutory rights under UK law in respect of cancellations, refunds etc. but may be taken into account in the case of a dispute - please read them with that in mind. BY CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. GENERAL: All goods and services advertised are strictly subject to availability. When you place an order to purchase goods or services from the web site, and we have approved your payment details, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us ("the Contract"). DESCRIPTION OF GOODS: All drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on our web site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods or services in order to assist your purchasing decision. The price payable for goods or services will be stipulated on our web site at the time you place your order. The price is inclusive of VAT if applicable. Any delivery charges are extra. PAYMENT:
If we do cancel your Contract, we will notify you by e-mail and we will re-credit to your account any sum debited by us from your credit card within 30 days of your order. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. CANCELLATION BY YOU: The only circumstance in which you cannot withdraw from your Contract is where a custom flag has been correctly made to your personal specification. To withdraw your order you must notify us in writing at our main address (set out at the head of this page and most website pages). If you have received and then withdraw your order you must send them back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you withdraw your order and we have already despatched the goods you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Once you have notified us that you are withdrawing your order, any sum paid by you or debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. DELIVERY: We will try to deliver your goods as soon as possible after receiving you order but all delivery dates are approximate. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, you must notify us of the problem in writing at our contact address within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
Warranties do not apply to defects resulting from improper use or maintenance or modifications by unauthorised third parties or the customer or accidental or wilful damage.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE: All complaints received are acknowledged via email or appropriate customer contact method. All complaints received are confidential and we aim to resolve and reach a satisfactory outcome for both parties within 5 working days. The customer will be kept fully informed throughout the complaint processing period. We monitor our defined complaints procedure and any element of service and aims to make improvements as required. APPLICATION & LAW: The contract between us shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
